With unusual features including a wonderful attic sitting/bedroom and sunny conservatory, Mimosa makes a perfect base for year round holidays on this beautiful stretch of Dorset Coast.

Modern well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer;

Ground floor bathroom, with bath and shower over;

Bedrooms-4 sleeping 8 plus cot. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 with sea views, comprising 2 doubles, and small but charming 3rd bedroom with bunk beds. On the 2nd floor is a fantastic attic room with sofa bed, TV & video, with sweeping views of Chesil Beach – ideal as second sitting room or a room to give teenagers their own space.

Small, sunny conservatory, leading to deck and patio garden, enclosed, with sea views. Barbeque provided.

Travel cot and highchair available on request. Bed linen and towel available for small additional charge; please bring your own cot linen and beach towels.
